Phronesis Executive Intelligence is designed to provide unlimited professional usage for high capacity leaders. This Fair Use Policy defines what "unlimited professional usage" means and ensures that every subscriber receives a consistently excellent experience.

What Fair Use Means

Your subscription covers all the professional work you need to accomplish. This includes drafting documents, analyzing contracts, synthesizing research, creating presentations, strategic planning, project management, and any other professional use of the Phronesis intelligence system. There are no daily limits, no token counters, and no arbitrary usage caps for normal professional work.

What Fair Use Does Not Include

Fair use does not extend to activities that fall outside the scope of individual professional usage. This includes sharing account credentials with multiple users, using a single subscription to serve an entire team or organization, using the Service primarily for bulk automated processing without meaningful human engagement, reselling or redistributing Phronesis outputs as a commercial service, using the Service to build, train, or benchmark competing AI products, or any use designed to deliberately exhaust system resources rather than accomplish professional work.

How We Monitor Usage

We monitor aggregate usage patterns to ensure system performance and sustainability. We do not read or review the content of your documents, conversations, or projects. We look at volume patterns only: total requests, document upload volume, and processing intensity. The vast majority of professional users will never encounter any limitation under this policy.

If Usage Appears Unusual

If your usage significantly exceeds typical professional patterns (generally defined as more than 10 times the median usage across all subscribers), we will contact you directly to discuss your workflow and ensure we can continue providing excellent service. Our first step is always a conversation, not a restriction. We understand that some professionals have legitimately intensive workflows, particularly during high volume periods such as litigation, capital campaigns, or strategic planning cycles. We accommodate these patterns whenever possible.

We are committed to providing a workspace where you can work without anxiety about usage limits. This policy exists to protect the experience for all subscribers, not to restrict legitimate professional use.
